Registration Fees Include

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:
- More than 60 days before the event: 25% administrative fee will be charged.
- 45 days before the event: 50% fee will be charged.
- Less than 30 days before the event: 100% fee will be charged (No Refund / Non-refundable).
- Attendee substitution: Name replacement is allowed up to 7 days prior to the event upon written request and approval.
- All approved refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
Group Discount
Special discounts are available for group registrations of 5 participants or more.
